While in conversation with the inspiring Linda Pettit, she recalled a conversation she had with the late Sydney Banks in which he suggested being an apprentice to silence. This resonated deeply within me, sparking a deliberate practice of pausing each day to immerse myself in silence.
The resonance of this profound statement sparked a transformative journey of self-discovery, growth, and an embodiment of all I had been learning about our true nature.

Incorporating The PAUSE into my daily routine, a powerful acronym for Presence, Allow, Untangle, Surrender, Embrace, became my guiding light on the journey to peace of mind. Each component encouraged me to cultivate mindfulness, release mental clutter, and embrace self-compassion.
By honouring The PAUSE, I aligned myself with the path towards tranquility and ease, disrupting the constant flow of thoughts and redirecting my focus to the present moment.
